The Art of Walking.

It all started in mid-Year 2020.

An activity which was earlier regarded as a ‘nice to have’ or rather an option for many to do has now become a ‘must do’ in my daily schedule.

Brisk walking.

Fast forwards, it has been for the past five (5) years that I walk. Perhaps, I may have reached Mecca for the same walking duration!

Whenever I’m being asked what to do should one would like to obtain the followings:
– health
– network
– ideas
– me-time and so forth


Without hesitation, brisk walking shall be recommended.

Elevating its importance, we set a specific target. For instance:

10,000 steps = 6.5KM =2.5 hours.

If one would like to, say as beginner, put a fair weekly target, he can start by targeting 3KM per week in order to reach around 12KM/month. Rather moderate, I must say.

It will only take 1.5 hours or three slots with 30-minute walk for each slot.

The number may grow from there. Strava, the free version Apps may help to keep the motivation and tracks.
